Notes: Over the course of the entire storm, there was more rain than hail. On this form, I am guessing that the question that asks if there was more rain than hail means ONLY during the duration of the hail storm. It would help to clarify the meaning of this question IN the question. Also, if you could space the check boxes for entering data further apart on the web site there would be less of a chance that people (my students!) would incorrectly enter data. The dots and boxes to check are too close to the words that do NOT match that dot or box. I anticipate this being a possible source of error in data collection.
