Notes: High winds gusting to 50mph were commonplace through the afternoon with temperatures in the 70s proceeding the arrival of the front. At approximately 15:15 the front arrived with winds measured at 93mph gust at the airport 5 miles away. The front was moving very quickly and rain fell for maybe 10 minutes accumulating 0.17 inch of rain. Also in this time there was a couple minutes where hail developed. There was no accumulation but hail ranged in size from rice sized to nickle sized. Firefighters reported a funnel from the clouds above the village of Malcolm, NE
