Light hail storm imbeded in rain. Only a few pieces per square feet. Caught rain w/ hail (mixed hail) in Denham Springs at 3:30-3:50 pm. Peppered my windshield. 1/2" in size. Lady in Greenwell Springs said she had golf ball sized hail - I am guessing that is an exageration but 30 minutes after the storm her yard was still covered in marble sized hail. Probably 6-8 pieces per square foot. |
