A windy and warm week. All temperatures 80° or above and very windy. Wind did calm some during the later half of the week but still breezy. It was also smoky early in the week from the fires near Globe. The high of the week was 92° on Saturday which was the first 90° or above temperature of the year. The low of the week was 42° on Saturday. Saturday had both the lowest and highest temperatures of the week. No rain fell and the fire weather conditions are very high. Surrounding grasses are drying but plants are still green. Birds are very active and a snake skin, from a garter snake who had shed his skin, was seen at the pond. Smelled a skunk and some squirrels seen in the pines of the neighborhood.
