Precipitation for the Water Year is 7.10" (59% of average) so far. That is less than WY2018 at this point, which had 7.65". Zero precip so far in April, and it has been warm and windy most days. Snow still remains on shaded slopes, but otherwise it has pretty much all melted. The ground is drying out on the surface very fast, but is still moist a few inches deep. Some green grass is popping up.
