Not much rainfall over the past week with a total of just 0.02". Cooler weather and a lowering sun angle continues to help short term dryness improve but longer term effects are still noticeable. Levels on area ponds remain well below normal for this time of year. Trees and starting to lose their leaves but many have yet to show color. Mandatory watering restrictions remain in place for neighboring towns, only allowing watering one day per week for two hours.
