Description:
For the week ending 6/8/2025, conditions were MILDLY WET. The 7-day cumulative precipitation total of 1.62 inches was 108% above the 13-year (2009-2022) average of 0.78 inches and in the “moderately wet” range; the 30-day total of 2.79 inches was 18% below the expected 13-year average of 3.42 inches and in the “near normal” range; and the 90-day total of 10.24 inches was 0% above/below the expected 13-year average of 10.25 inches and in the “near normal” range. There were two days of measurable precipitation, with a maximum of 1.28 inches on the 5th. Precipitation Trends—June-to-Date: 1.62 inches (up 0.53 inches, 159% of PRISM Normal); Year-to-Date: 15.48 inches (down 1.04 inches, 94% of PRISM Normal). Temps ranged from 88 F (on the 3rd) to 38 F (on the 2nd), with average Hi/Lo temps of 76/58 F (+7/+10 relative to the previous week). This week’s rain was a welcome relief to conditions that had started to become worryingly dry. All vegetation seems to be in good condition.
