Little change in conditions over the past week. We are still in the pre-green up phase of the spring. Soil is somewhat moist and some seasonal plants have begun to bud, but there have been a few brush fires in the area during dry and breezy days over the last week. Levels on ponds and lakes continue to show improvement and are now closer to normal. No watering restrictions are in place.
