This calendar year thru March we've received .12 inches of precip, none for March.  This puts us at 10 percent of where we should be at this point in the year.  The pastures are dry with out much forage, mesquites have yet to show signs of waking up, but the trees are starting to leave out.  All dirt stock tanks are dry so wildlife are coming in to the cattle pens for water.  Any moderate wind starts to pick dust up into the air and more brown-outs are predicted for this coming week.
