Winds & lack of moisture are very critical for the farmers and ranchers  Not enough winter snows to help the wheat crop.  Top dressing wheat has begun.  Pastures remain dormant for the most part.  Some green showing up where the snow lay when we did have a bit of snow.   Fires are a huge concern as well as the dust storms when fronts roll through the area.
