Snow and sleet over the past week brought a total of 2.09" of precipitation.  Snowpack is 14.0" with a liquid value of 3.06" A thick layer of ice within the snow.  Rivers and streams have a lot of ice build-up on the banks.  Snow and ice remain on many branches of shrubs and some trees. Smaller roads remain covered with snow and ice.  Birds are very active and many small animals are too.
