We had a couple of very nice and welcomed rains this week totaling about 1.25.  We have been getting these occasionally but have noticed after a few days of dryness and since fields are worked for crops that they dry up quick after these rains.  So, more would be very beneficial for quite some time since we had such a dry period for so long for over a year now.  More rain is in the forecast for this week.  Cross our fingers.
