The ground is still heavily saturated from the large amount of rain earlier this month. There is still several low areas in neighboring fields and construction sites with standing water. Housing development has been basically at a stand still this month due to the standing water. The lawn, trees, and flowers are green and growing rapidly. Local rivers and streams are still well above normal levels.
