Snowfall began about 5 PM on 2/17 and ended around 9:30 AM on 2/20. Snowfall was in the form of light snow and heavy snow, mixed intermittently with light rain/drizzle/mist at times, with heavy winds resulting in nearly horizontal snow falling at times. Snow measurements were taken at 9:30 AM 2/19 of 2.75" AND 9:30 AM 2/20 of .75" from snow board surface. Multi-day precip measurement taken from total event. Heavy frost of greater than 75% coverage was present at 7 AM 2/21.
