 Raining at obs. time and not showing any sign of letting up. Temperature is 36° for the past two hours. In spite of 3.36" of rain over two days, the ground isn't soggy...yet. Lots of fields and ditches overflowing earlier today especially north of Homer and into Fithian and Fairmount. Ogden was also pretty flooded around 1500.
