Rainfall is slightly above normal for June so far.  Grass and vegetation are still growing rapidly; but not as fast as last week.  Lawns are still on the soggy side; but the soil is no longer supersaturated.  Pond levels are still above normal .  There is still standing water at a McDonald's construction site on Alexandria Pike.  Some of my neighbors are still having lawn mower jams due to the wet grass yesterday.
