Even with yesterday’s .50” of rain the local creek runoff is lower than normal for this time of year. Irvine Lake which is fully supported by runoff from the Cleveland Natl Forest is very low for late Jan. (has been lower after yrs of drought). The County is only at an average of 2.25” currently and should be at 8 to 10” average at this point in the season.
