1.71 rainfall in the last two weeks: All received in 2 days, from thunderstorms with lots of runoff....Although the rainfall received so far this month Is above normal. It’s only rained 5 days out of 26 days so far; with the character of the rainfall mainly from heavy convective showers leading to quick runoff. Watering has been necessary at least twice a week..The hummingbirds that were resident since August have moved South....
