Description:
Despite submitting a CM report yesterday at the usual time of week, submitting again only 24 hours later because of unexpected significant change. Thunderstorm complex Sunday morning brought an inch (1.01) of much-needed rain which provided lawn grass and other plants the drink they needed. Thus, the surface condition has returned to near normal. Meanwhile, some up-county locations were inundated again resulting in moderately to severely wet, including again hardest hit (up to 4") Upper Tulpehocken Township. The 1.01 here will be counted with the week ending 8 AM next Sunday morning.
