Conditions not much changed since last week.  Minimal moisture (02"-03" and a couple of traces during the week), but the creeks in town have come up slightly, probably due to a little slowly-melting snow above us in the watershed during the past week.  Plant growth has largely stopped, but apparently due to cold temperatures rather than moisture levels.
