The lawn is very soft and mushy, indicating that the soil moisture is above normal.  Almost 4.6” of precipitation during January so far, which is well above normal.  Pond level at or above normal . Stream  flow near normal..  Deer are putting foot prints in the lawn.  Received 0.02” of drizzle then 1/16” of sleet (0.04” of SWE) for a total of 0.06” of precipitation yesterday on 1/30/2023.
